First Day Back At School (By Elizabeth)

Good day! I'm Elizabeth Cole. As you know, today was our first day of school. When I woke up this morning, the first thing I thought was that I was happy I had a roommate. At first, I had been Kaya's roommate. But when Jani came, the two quickly became BFF's and I offered to have my own room so they could share a room. They thanked me sincerely, and I am not mad at Jani, I love her, but I did wish I had a roommate. So when Raven came along, I was very happy. We quickly agreed to be roommates. So, that's what I was thinking when I first woke up. Raven soon was up, and we got dressed, and headed into the kitchen. The cook, Kirsten, is very sweet. She gave us cinnamon rolls and biscuits for breakfast. They were very good. I could tell Raven was looking a little nervous, so I reassured her. "Don't worry. You'll have a great time at school. Besides, we'll all be together." I said. Raven smiled and brightened. After breakfast, we all headed off to our first class, horse riding lessons. Sofia and Kaya headed right to their horses. I headed to mine, Snowflake. She whinnied when she saw me. "Hi, Snowflake. How have you been, girl?" I asked her. I gave her a sugar cube. After we all practiced riding, we went to gymnastics class. After we all changed, I saw Jenny immediately start doing stretches. After gymnastics came my favorite part of the day: sewing class! I loved to stitch stuff. Already I had made five shirts, four pair of pants, and a dress. After sewing, we all went and had sandwiches for lunch, and then we stayed in the kitchen for cooking class. Jani washed her hands and started frosting cupcakes. After cooking class, we went to our last class of the day: swimming. It was no one's favorite, but we all liked it. Since it was winter, we used the indoor pool. Afterwards, I asked Raven how she liked school. "I love it! Plus, I think swimming might be my favorite class!" she replied. Well, that's good that she likes school. Plus she might have a favorite class! Good day, Elizabeth P.S. Please comment and tell us what you think. Also, say which class is your favorite.
